Henan Zhuoheng Machinery 80-100 t/h granite production line work processes:
1. Raw material under 500mm is fed into Jaw Crusher through Vibrating Feeder.
2. Output from Jaw Crusher Material is fed into Cone Crusher via B1 belt conveyor.
3. Output from Cone Crusher is fed into Vibrating Screen via B2 belt conveyor.
4. >31.5mm stones will be transported back to Cone Crusher for re-crushing via B3 belt conveyor.
5. 0-5mm，5-10mm, 10-20mm，20-40mm stones will be transported by B4*4 belt conveyors to product piles.
