Henan Zhuoheng Machinery 50t/h copper Ore crushing plant work processes:
1. Raw material under 300mm is fed into Jaw Crusher through Vibrating Feeder.
2. Output from Jaw Crusher Material is fed into PEX Jaw Crusher for secondary crusher via B1 belt conveyor.
3. Output from PEX Jaw Crusher is fed into the transfer bin temporarily.
4. Stones from transfer bin is fed into Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher via B3 belt conveyor.
5. Stones from Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is fed into Vibrating Screen via B4 belt conveyor.
6. >5mm stones will be transported back to VSI Crusher for re-crushing via B4 belt conveyor.
7. 0-5mm stones will be transported by B5 belt conveyors to product piles.
