Henan Zhuoheng Machinery 500 t/h hard stone production line work processes:
1. Raw material under 37” is fed into Jaw Crusher through Vibrating Feeder.
2. Output from Jaw Crusher Material is fed into HP (EC) Cone Crusher by belt conveyor.
3. Output from HP(EC) Cone Crusher is fed into Vibrating Screen via B5 belt conveyor.
4. Output from HP(EC) Cone Crusher is fed into HP(M) Cone Crusher by B6 belt conveyor.
5. Output from HP(M) Cone Crusher is fed into Vibrating Screen via B7,8 belt conveyor.
6. >1” stones will be transported back to Cone Crusher for re-crushing via B9,10 belt conveyor.
7. 0-3/8”, 3/8”-1/2”,1/2”- 3/4”, 3/4”-1” stones will be transported by B11 belt conveyors to product piles.
