Henan Zhuoheng Machinery 300t/h Iron Ore crushing plant work processes:
1. Raw material under 37” is fed into Jaw Crusher through Vibrating Feeder.
2. Output from Jaw Crusher Material is fed into HP (C2) Cone Crusher by belt conveyor.
3. Output from HP(EC) Cone Crusher is fed into Vibrating Screen via B3 belt conveyor.
4. Output from HP(EC) Cone Crusher is fed into HP(F) Cone Crusher.
5. Output from HP(F) Cone Crusher is fed into Vibrating Screen.
6. >10mm stones will be transported back to Cone Crusher for re-crushing via B5,6 belt conveyor.
7. 0-10mm stones will be transported by B7 belt conveyors to product piles.
