Henan Zhuoheng Machinery river stone production line work processes:
1. Raw material under 200mm is fed into Jaw Crusher through Vibrating Feeder.
2. Output from Jaw Crusher Material is fed into VSI Crusher via B1 belt conveyor.
3. Output from Cone Crusher is fed into Vibrating Screen via B2 belt conveyor.
4. >20mm stones will be transported back to VSI Crusher for re-crushing via B3 belt conveyor.
5. 0-5mm stones will be sent into sand washing machine, then discharged by vibrating screen to get 0-2mm, 2-5mm, 5-20mm, transported by B4*4 belt conveyors to product piles.
